A recent Wall Street Journal article listed the top 10 earning video channels on YouTube, three of which are run by Asian Americans.

Nigahiga (Ryan Higa), freddiew (Freddie Wong) and KevJumba (Kevin Wu) round out the list of top earners, with Nigahiga earning an estimated total channel lifetime amount of $1.64 million. This is based on the WSJ’s conservative estimate of $3,000 per 2 million views from YouTube ad network revenue, without discriminating against videos that may have been uploaded before the network was started.

The No. 1 most subscribed to channel on YouTube is from RayWJ, while Nigahiga comes in at a close No. 2.

KevJumba and Nigahiga, along with Chester See, also collaborated on a single that came out last year called Nice Guys.
