An adaptation of the Broadway play Oliver! is planned by the National Asian Artists Project (NAAP), according to the orginization’s announcement. The play will feature more than 60 Asian-American actors, singers, choreographers and other personnel. The production is set to open June 5 at The Pershing Square Signature Center in Midtown Manhattan. NAAP previously staged an Asian-American version of Hello, Dolly!.
